Privacy Policy

Habit2Goal stores your habits, goals, points and history on your device only. We do not run servers, do not collect personal data, do not use analytics, do not show ads, and do not share or sell anything.

01Who we are

Habit2Goal (the "App") is published by NowakApps ("we", "us", "our"), an independent developer. You can reach us at habit2goal@nowakapps.com.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, NowakApps is the data controller for the limited interactions described below. For users in California, this notice serves as our CCPA/CPRA disclosure.

02What information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or receive any personal data through the App. Specifically:

• No accounts. Habit2Goal has no sign-up, no login, no email collection, and no user IDs.
• No analytics. The App contains no Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any other analytics or telemetry SDK.
• No advertising. The App contains no ad networks, ad SDKs, ad identifiers, or third-party tracking.
• No diagnostics. The App does not send crash reports, performance traces, device identifiers, or usage statistics to us or to any third party.

03Information that stays on your device

Everything you create in Habit2Goal — habits, goals, point values, claimed points, history, calendar entries, settings — is written to app-private local storage managed by your operating system (Android internal storage / iOS app sandbox). It never leaves your device through any code we wrote.

04System-level backups (optional, controlled by you)

Because the App stores data with your operating system, that data may be included in backups you have configured at the OS level:

• Android. The App allows Android Auto Backup (allowBackup="true"), which means your habit data may be included in your own Google Drive backup if you have Android backup enabled in system settings. Google is the data controller for those backups; see the Google Privacy Policy.
• iOS. Your habit data may be included in your own iCloud or local iTunes/Finder device backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled. Apple is the data controller for those backups; see the Apple Privacy Policy.

These backups go from your device directly to your own cloud account. We have no access to them and do not receive any data through them.

05Purchases (Premium add-ons)

Habit2Goal may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions (the "Premium" upgrade). Payments are processed entirely by:

• Google Play Billing on Android — see Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit on iOS — see Apple Privacy Policy.

Google or Apple receives your payment information directly. Habit2Goal never sees your name, billing address, payment method, or transaction details. The App only receives a yes/no entitlement signal from the store telling it whether your Premium purchase is active. That signal is processed locally and is not stored or transmitted by us.

06Network access

The App requests the INTERNET permission on Android. The only network use is communication between the App and the platform's billing service (Google Play Billing / StoreKit) to verify your Premium entitlement. No other network requests are made.

07Permissions we request

• INTERNET — required by Google Play Billing.
• BILLING — required to offer in-app purchases via Google Play.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, files, calendar, health data, notifications-history, accounts, SMS, call logs, advertising ID, or any other sensitive permission.

08Data sharing

Because we do not collect any data, we do not sell, rent, share, disclose, or transfer any personal data to any third party — including for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing on our side to share.

09Data retention & deletion

Your data lives on your device for as long as the App is installed. To delete everything:

• Uninstall the App. The OS removes all app-private storage.
• Or open Settings → Apps → Habit2Goal → Storage → Clear data (Android) / delete the app from your home screen (iOS).

To delete OS-level cloud backups, use your Google Drive or iCloud settings. We cannot delete those for you because we don't have access to them.

10Your rights

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of personal data about you. Because we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or export. If you nonetheless wish to ask us a question about your rights, contact us at habit2goal@nowakapps.com and we will reply.

11Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we don't collect personal information from anyone, we don't collect it from children either.

12International users

The App can be downloaded worldwide. Since no personal data is sent to us, no international data transfers are performed by Habit2Goal. Any transfers performed by Google or Apple in connection with the app store, billing, or your device backups are governed by their respective privacy policies linked above.

13Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles data (for example, if a future version adds optional cloud sync or anonymous crash reporting), we will update this page, change the "Last updated" date at the top, and — when the change is material — surface it in the App so you see it before it takes effect.
